The Marina Bay Yacht Harbor is probably one of the nicest yacht harbors in Northern California.  Surrounded by new homes, condos, parks, and a nature trail promenade, it is also one of the prettiest.

Salute's (a first class Italian restaurant), and Amini's (a great delicatessen), are located near F Dock.

The Yacht Harbor is owned by the City of Richmond, and managed by BayHarbor Management Services, Inc.  The berth rates are among the best in the San Francisco Bay Area.  You can call the Marina Bay Harbor Manager at 510-236-1013 for more information.
